NGO: "There's a stigma having a foreign father"

Nearly every woman working in a girlie bar or as a freelance street worker gets pregnant from one of her customers. Many of them are a non Filipinos. The reason why, says Rebecca Angeles from the US based NGO "Wipe every tear" which tries to help bargirls achieve their dreams is simply lack of education about contraception. Once they have a child from a foreigner they are stigmatized according to Rebecca.
