"Many women do embrace having a child with a foreigner"

On the one hand, having a child with a foreigner often traces back to the number of sex tourists flocking to the Archipelago. But this is only one aspect of the story about ethnically mixed children being raised without the help or financial support of their biological fathers. One other aspect, says a foreigner who has been living in the Philippines for more than ten years, is the willingness of the women themselves to acutally have a child with a Westerner.
