Mountain people don't have a clue about family planning

Even in the bigger cities of the Philippines family planning is still a sensitive topic. Once you leave the urban areas and go to where the mountain people live you will learn that family planning isnt known at all. In the Barangay Florida Blanca, two hours away from Angeles City, the 2000 inhabitants have never seen a condom in their entire life. Even if they had one they wouldnt know how to use it. "Very child is a gift from God", says one of the women. The average number of children per family is around eight.
